P & M Technologies specializes in identifying commercial prospects for these species within an ecologically sustainable framework.  We are equally active in research on the physiology and resilience of Canadian plants for alternative product uses.

Our Research Director, Dr. Gina Mohammed, synthesized and published the first comprehensive report on NTFPs for Ontario, while she was a Research Scientist with the Ontario Forest Research Institute (Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources).  Since then, she has worked with governments and businesses to advance NTFP opportunities in North America.
